Data Deletion Instructions

Your charts, profiles, life events, readings, and chat live only in this browser, so deleting them means removing them here. Optional feedback you previously submitted is a separate anonymous server record; see What We Retain below.

Option 1: Delete a Profile or Chart In-App (Recommended)

  1. Open AlmaMesh in this browser
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Open the Profiles section
  4. Select the profile or chat and choose Delete
  5. Confirm the deletion

The selected profile, its chart, and its chat history are removed from this browser immediately.

Option 2: Clear All Data at Once

To remove everything, clear AlmaMesh's site data in your browser or uninstall the app:

support@almamesh.com

Either of these wipes all AlmaMesh data on this device:

  • Clear site data / cookies and storage for AlmaMesh in your browser settings
  • Uninstall the AlmaMesh app (PWA) from your device

This is instant and final for browser data. It does not remove optional feedback already submitted.

What Gets Deleted

Deleting in-app or clearing site data removes from this browser:

  • Your profile names
  • Your birth chart data and interpretations
  • Your chat history and questions
  • Your saved preferences (including any AI endpoint you configured)
  • The cached astronomy bundle and app files

What We Retain

  • We retain only optional feedback submissions in D1: timestamp, page, thumbs sentiment, optional message as written, and app version. Feedback has no AlmaMesh account identifier.
  • We retain no server copy of your charts, profiles, birth details, readings, life events, chat, or AI settings. Contact us with the feedback message details if you need help locating a submission.
